
“In this world, I have learned a few things in my limited years of experience. One of the most important things I have learned is to appreciate the people who have taken the time to help especially when they go out of their way. During my years of practice, I have purchased quite a few instruments. When I first talked to you on the phone, I felt a sincerity that lacked other salespersons. I was impressed from the beginning. You have always given sound advice, whether it is your product or others. When we decided to go forward with my first purchase in 2004, I could have not been happier. The instruments arrived on time if not early and when we encountered a problem with the building’s electricity, you solved the problem with outmost professionalism without even asking for anything extra. Like a true friend, when my practice was growing, you listened and directed me in the right path. I always felt comfortable to talk to you not only about the equipment, but also how to grow my practice. Your encouragement is truly appreciated. Recently, when I had a problem with one of the equipment, I called you on Sunday and to my surprise, you answered your cell phone. You were not in a rush, and you made sure all my concerns were answered. Your staff has always been courteous and has worked diligently in solving the few problems I have encountered. With the use of the current technology, your staff have managed to trouble shoot the issues easily with a reasonable cost. This must be secondary to high quality of the equipments, and therefore they require minimal repairs. Woody, over the years, I have felt I have gained not only a company I can trust but also a true friend, a true friend that goes out of his way to take care of everything from A to Z. And the only way I can thank you for all you and your staff has done is to proudly write this letter and refer my friends for outstanding equipment, advice and service that awaits them.
